As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Ivy Heck’s focus is on providing individualized treatment to support her clients’ ability to achieve their full potential.  Ivy’s experience includes work with children, teens, adults, families, and couples.  She has specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Reflective Parenting.  Many of her clients have overcome issues related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, and life transition stressors.
