FITNESS FOR DUTY

When work performance issues arise, particularly in the context of a safety sensitive job, we conduct a thorough evaluation and assessment of psychological, cognitive, and neuropsychological functioning to determine if a person is mentally capable of performing his or her job duties. We provide a comprehensive report, including clear and direct recommendations, and we work closely with the Human Resources, Medical, and Employee Assistance Departments, and upper management to assist in the follow through of our recommendations.
