Jeanne Lux, MFT

For fourteen years Jeanne Lux has been helping clients to manage and reduce anxiety, panic and depression. Jeanne believes that client empowerment is a key to successful therapy, and enjoys teaching clients what they need to continue and maintain progress outside of therapy. Treatment techniques and goals are tailored to match each individuals needs and strengths.

“I enjoy connecting people to one another, and to themselves. I particularly like working with couples. My multi-modal style draws from cognitive therapy (“CBT”), humanistic therapy (focus on choice and freedom), and gestalt therapy (integrating the whole person). In addition to providing a supportive and reflective atmosphere, I use visualization and mind-body techniques.”
