Charles Eckstein, MFT

Chuck Eckstein is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who comes to Gelbart and Associates with substantial experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

Utilizing cognitive behavioral techniques as well as humanistic and brief therapy models, he has assisted adults, couples, and adolescents 16 and older in finding resolution to a wide spectrum of life problems, including depression, anxiety, marital conflict, addictions and midlife issues.

In a collaborative and supportive atmosphere, clients are empowered to uncover solutions and regain quality of life.
